Reservation

This reservation is for the hololive production event.

• Due to the seating arrangement in the café, please note that we can accommodate a maximum of up to 6 pax per table.
• Please arrive in time for your reservation. Your table will be kept for you for up to 15 minutes from the reservation time. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, your table may be released to the next customer in line.
• You are entitled to a dining duration of 75 min.
• Notes stating an alternative timing will not be accommodated.
• Upon submitting of the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation email. You may make changes/cancellation of reservation via the link provided in the confirmation email.
• Any changes to your reservation should be made up to 24 hours before your reserved date and time.
• Please note that reservation changes will not be taken via email or phone.
• The ANIPLUS management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the event at any time without prior notice.

ANIPLUS café is open for walk-ins.
Please approach our staff at the door or at the counter for assistance.
Please note that customers with reservations will be prioritised. We will accept walk-ins if there are available tables. Thank you for your kind understanding.

No-show & Cancellation

• No-show customers will not be able to make further reservations.
